ALL COMPETITIVE DANCERS REQUIRE AN AIDF STATUS CARD WHEN COMPETING IN
A.I.D.F. SANCTIONED EVENTS
NOTE: STATUS CARDS ARE ALSO REQUIRED FOR COMPETING IN THE UK
Registration through Member Dance School/Clubs only
The Reg. Form
Name: The full first name and surname of each dancer must be entered NO
initials.
Date of Birth: The Principal Teacher/Trainer will be responsible for
verifying the dancers’ date of birth.
Competitive Age This a new column please insert the age group under
which the Group: dancer is competing i.e. u8, u10 etc.
Grading: Please enter the dancers’ grades as follows
Registered Dancers will keep their grade from the preceding year except
where they have lost 3 lives in that year. A dancer losing 3 lives must
move up a grade.
New Dancers will register as beginners or be graded by the principal
teacher however once graded as a starter or above dancers may not return
to the beginner grade.

Status Number: A Unique Status Number will be issued by the Federation
to all new dancers registering for the first time. This number will be
on their status card. All previously registered dancers will have a
status number please enter this number in the column provided.
Reg. Fee: A Registration Fee of €12.00 is payable by dancers at time of
registration €10.00 is forwarded to the A.I.D.F. and €2.00 is retained
by the teacher/trainer to cover their registration admin costs
(ABOVE FEES ARE FOR 2010, FEES ARE REVIEWED ANNUALLY)
Registration Forms may be copied as required. Forms are also available
electronically if required, just email your request
